Our Story
ASG Consulting was built around a simple idea: property decisions should be made with clarity, evidence and expert guidance. From a Liverpool base, the practice supports clients across the North West with building surveys, technical reporting, structural engineering and asset advice that protect buildings, people and investments.
The firm works with a wide range of clients from homebuyers needing reassurance before purchase, to landlords, block managers and investors managing complex buildings and portfolios. Our role is to bring professional judgement, practical site knowledge and clear reporting to situations where property risk, repair responsibility or long-term value must be understood properly.
